Facility Features
No matter the size of your consumer or trade show, the flexible meeting space in the GRCC makes it the perfect location for your next event. The GRCC has 178,000 square feet of exhibit hall space, which can be divided into four halls to accommodate your specific needs. There is also a 30,550-square-foot-carpeted Grand Ballroom, dividable into three sections. Lastly, 50,000 square feet of meeting and pre-function space is available for additional events.
The GRCC has your best interest in mind with their convenient onsite features. First, there are multiple offices for both event registration and staff use. Additionally, there are 16 lighted truck bays allowing for direct access to exhibit halls, along with a private four-bay loading dock for the Grand Ballroom. 24-hour security is available, with cameras to protect the various exhibits. Along with Catering, Telecom and AV professionals, the GRCC also houses Concession Stands, a Food Court and a Cyber Café with free wireless Internet.
