Before you begin exploring our historic and dynamic Region, take a moment to stop by our Visitor Center located at 405 North 3rd Street on the first floor of the Greater Richmond Convention Center.
Our staff is available to assist you with tour suggestions, regional maps, hotel reservations and Jamestown 400th Anniversary information. Although we hope you'll make your hotel reservations in advance, if you need same-day reservations, we can help you find a room and special discounts based on hotel availability. When your trip is over, be sure to take home a piece of the Richmond Region with one of the numerous items available in our gift shop.
Visitors Center Hours
405 North 3rd Street - 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily (9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Memorial Day through Labor Day)
Parking: Please use the parking deck on the corner of 3rd and Marshall streets or the 20-minute parking spaces located on 3rd Street near the corner of 3rd and Leigh streets. (If traveling south on 3rd street a U-turn is allowed to access the 20-minute parking spaces.)
