We know that no two events are exactly alike, and that’s why the Greater Richmond Convention Center is designed to be as flexible as it is attractive.
The Exhibit Hall is 178,000 square feet of contiguous space comprised of four sections divisible into 10 different configurations. The hall allows up to 916 (10 feet by 10 feet) booths and five individual show offices – two in Hall A and one office each in Halls B, C, and D. Each Exhibit Hall features a newly renovated concession stand, which is operated by Aramark, the GRCC’s exclusive food and beverage provider. Portable concession carts and bars also are available upon request. The Exhibit Hall also features a new state-of-the-art Lumadapt 8 solid-state lighting system that includes individual fixture control and integrated RGBA color capabilities for programmable scenes and effects.
The Grand Ballroom is a vast 30,550 square feet comprised of three sections divisible into five different configurations. Outside the ballroom, there is a large pre-function area for meeting registrations, receptions, or other activities that may need to take place in conjunction with your event.
The Greater Richmond Convention Center houses 36 individual meeting rooms. Including the Grand Ballroom, there is more than 80,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, along with a 258 fixed-seat Lecture Hall to accommodate your needs.
