Information Technology (IT) Manager

The IT Manager has the technical proficiency to be responsible for the management, support, availability, security,

Maintenance Technician (HVAC/ Plumbing)

Department: Operations
Reports to: Maintenance Manager
Supervises: Occasional Functional Supervision of Maintenance Laborers
Status: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Summary:
Under general supervision by the Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Technicians perform general facility maintenance and repair tasks of average to moderate difficulty to ensure that the facility remains in a presentable, operable and efficient condition. Tasks include ensuring proper working condition of HVAC, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems, and occasional grounds keeping and general trades’ tasks. In the absence of the Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Technicians will receive instruction from the Director of Operations.

Maintenance Technician (Electrician)

Department: Operations
Reports to: Maintenance Manager
Supervises: Occasional Functional Supervision of Maintenance Laborers
Status: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Summary:
Under general supervision by the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician (Electrician) is responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of the electrically powered systems and equipment including distribution systems and equipment along with various general maintenance related tasks including plumbing, painting, trades and grounds keeping. Most of the work takes place in a temperature-controlled environment. Power tools, hand tools and uniforms are provided.

Housekeeping / Setup Worker

Department: Operations
Reports To: Lead Housekeeping/Set-up Worker; Housekeeping/Set-up Manager
Supervises: Occasional functional supervision of P/T Housekeeping/Set-up Workers and Temporary Staff
Status: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Summary:
Spectra Venue Management seeks skilled, motivated and reliable individual to fill the full-time position(s) of Housekeeping/Set-Up Worker for the Greater Richmond Convention Center. Under direct supervision from a Lead Housekeeping/Setup Worker, Housekeeping/Setup Workers perform event set-up and tear down, custodial, housekeeping and light maintenance tasks as assigned. Other duties include, but are not limited to, operating various types of cleaning equipment, forklifts, aerial lifts and scrubbers. In the absence of a Lead Housekeeping/Setup Worker, Housekeeping/Setup Workers may receive instruction from a Housekeeping/Setup Manager, Director of Operations, Event Manager or Manager on Duty.
